Hartland Productions is not only proud of the quality of our DPS editing systems, but knowing that it takes more than a computer to be an editor. Our
clients have a choice of two digital Non-linear editing suites. Our
system of choice is the DPS system from Leitch Technology. Our suites
include the Velocity “HD"
  The all new Velocity
HD non-linear editing system is a very format-flexible HD/SD editing
system. The Velocity HD brings full quality, dual-stream real-time HD
performance to Hartland Productions. With Full 1080p or 720p and all of the frame rates you want inside of one project. With either your SD project or
your uncompressed High-Definition project the Velocity HD can preform
beautifully, and make your project look like no other. The Velocity HD suite also comes fully equiped with Digital Fusions compositing software, and full color correction, and color wheels to get that shot exactly how you want it. This powerful compositing software is sleek and smooth to make your video look like you want it to.
  The DPS Quatrus fully
integrated system is the ultimate ready-to-run real-time non-linear
editing system. This system offers superior performance for all your
production needs. With analog & SDI connections the 'Q' is
completely digital with real time 3D DVE 4X4 video tracks, and
unlimited audio tracks. The
hidden gem of this system is the DFX fusion compositing software.
Fusion is a very powerful compositing software for digital f/x, chroma
keying, and coloring.
All systems include the award winning Ultra system for Virtual
Set creation. Both suites have a comprehensive "Jump Back" animation
kit. All of Hartland Productions video suites have 'Inscriber Title
Motion', 'PhotoShop', and all other programs and materials needed to
complete your projects as wanted. Hartland Productions also has a large
video library collection for all those hard to find shots you want. All
production projects are archived on both Digital D9 masters as well as
on DVD data disks.
We
can offer a variety of analog and digital formats for your final
project distribution, including HD, BetaSP, DV, HDV, JVC D9 and DVD. We
also offer DVD duplication at affordable prices.

The majority of our production is done on location and Hartland Productions has the necessary tools to meet your location production needs.
Hartland Productions uses both SD & HD formats, with full 1080 HD and also BetaSp format. We shoot
with a Sony DXC D35 with a Canon 18X IF lens and a BVV 5 Sony record
deck. Our HD is the Sony HDV
camera ZU1.
We have
two Shure UHF diveristy wireless microhphons and two Audio Technica UHF
diversity wireless microphones as well as two Sony ECM50 wired
lavalieres and the Shure SM58 handhelds.
Our
location lighting includes Photoflex soft lights and Westcott Lighting
kit that has both 32K and 56K capabilities. We also have a standard
three light Lowell lighting kit with two additional baby spots.
One of
the most creative pieces of equipment we have is the all new Glide Cam
V25. It is a very unique rig in that it is very flexible. It can hold
any camera up to 24lbs, and as light as 10lbs, any configuration your
video needs this V25rig will make it happen.
We do offer multiple cameras
for location shoots upon request for IMAG presentations and can also do
large events using multi-camera semi-truck production units. We have
televised sporting events for Fox Sports, ESPN, and live community
event programming.

Hartland Productions has a spacious studio that can be customized to fit your needs. Our on-site production studio measures 15' x 24'. We have a
semi-permanent set in one portion of the studio that can be moved with
prior arrangements. The other half of the studio is set up with a 10'
high by 12' wide by 12' deep green screen. The green screen is
removable and sets or backdrops can be put in its place.
We offer up to three cameras in
studio and we can switch the cameras "live" to tape if needed. Studio
set up and configuration is on a project-by-project basis. Given
advanced notification we can tailor the studio to meet your specific
needs. We have a variety of lights to meet your needs, including
LighTech, Westcott, and Lowell lighting.
